This Terms and Conditions document applies between the 307ok platform and all its users. In this document, "307ok," "we," and "our" refer to the 307ok platform and its operating entity. "User," "you," and "your" refer to any individual who has created an account on 307ok or is using the website.

"Platform" refers to the 307ok.ws website and all its associated services, apps, and tools. "Bet" refers to any financial wager placed by a user on 307ok.

By signing up, logging in, or using any service on 307ok, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using 307ok.

To open an account on 307ok, you must register with accurate and truthful information. Registering with false information is a violation of the Terms and Conditions, and 307ok reserves the right to terminate such accounts at any time.

• Each individual may register only one account. Holding multiple accounts is not permitted.
• Verification of the mobile number or email address provided at registration is mandatory.
• Your account password must be at least 8 characters long. A combination of letters, numbers, and special characters is strongly recommended.
• Account login credentials must not be shared with anyone.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before processing large withdrawals.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be required for KYC verification.

307ok reserves the right to verify your information after registration. If any details appear suspicious, 307ok may temporarily suspend the account and request additional documentation.

307ok is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Use of this platform by minors is completely prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

307ok reserves the right to verify any user's age. This may include a request for proof of date of birth, a National ID, or another government-issued document. 307ok may restrict account activity until age verification is complete.

Deposit Rules:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• Deposits are generally instant. If there is any delay, it will be resolved within 24 hours.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300.

• Smaller amounts (up to ৳50,000) are typically processed within 15 minutes.
• KYC verification is required for larger amounts and may take 24–72 hours to complete.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile banking number used at the time of registration.

Taxes & Legal Obligations: Any applicable taxes on lottery or betting winnings under Bangladeshi law will be deducted before payout. The user is solely responsible for all tax liabilities.

Please read the following rules carefully before placing any bets on 307ok. These rules apply to all bet types — Sports Betting, live betting, and lottery.

• Once a bet is successfully confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless 307ok permits it under special circumstances.
• All odds are subject to change for technical reasons. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the ones that apply.
• 307ok reserves the right to void bets placed on odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets are generally refunded, though different rules may apply in specific cases.
• If your internet connection drops during live betting, any bets already confirmed will remain valid.
• In a multi-bet or accumulator, a single incorrect selection may result in the entire bet being lost.

307ok regularly offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and various promotional offers. All such offers come with specific terms, which are detailed in the respective offer descriptions.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Applicable wagering (Wagering) requirements must be met first.
• The welcome bonus is available to new users only and is awarded after the first deposit.
• Each offer can only be used once per account.
• Two accounts from the same household or device cannot claim the same bonus.
• 307ok reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer, though bonuses already issued will not be affected.
• To withdraw winnings earned using a bonus, you are generally required to wager 3–5 times the original bonus amount.

If 307ok suspects bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts — we reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 307ok. Involvement in any of these may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Registering with a false identity or using someone else's identity.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to access the platform through hacking, phishing, or any other technical means.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Betting using match-fixing schemes or insider information.
• Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Exploiting any platform glitch or bug to gain an unfair advantage. If you discover such an issue, please report it to 307ok.

307ok reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend accounts in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms and Conditions violation is found.
• Detection of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Extended inactivity over a prolonged period (12 months).
• At the user's own request.

Before closing an account, 307ok will generally notify the user by email or SMS. However, in cases of serious violations, immediate action may be taken without prior notice.

To close your account, contact our support team directly. You may withdraw your balance before closure, but any bonuses with unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited.

307ok takes responsible betting seriously. We want our users to play for fun, not financial stress. To support this, 307ok offers the following:

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Loss Limit: Betting will be automatically suspended if your losses exceed a specified amount.
